Section #1 - Main Rules

1.01 - You must have a working microphone

This is self-explanatory; we want people to interact with others while roleplaying.

1.02 - English only

Since our server is NA-based, we only allow English to ensure that our members can interact with one another. If you speak two languages, make sure you are talking in English only. The N-word soft a is allowed. But the Hard-R is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

1.03 - No political & sensitive topics

We want all players to have a good time in RHRP. Discussing these topics may make a member feel uncomfortable or may cause arguments.

1.04 - Inappropriate Names

Any names deemed offensive may receive a warning or a kick.

1.05 - No NSFW

Members are prohibited from showing, sending, or sharing NSFW content, including explicit, graphic, or inappropriate messages, images, memes, gifs, or videos.

1.06 - Racism

Racism is offensive and hurtful to people. While playing RHRP, we want people to feel comfortable while playing. If you are racist, you will be removed from the community.

1.07 - Harassment/Discrimination

Any behavior that is unpleasant and creates an uncomfortable environment will result in punishment as small as staff jail, and as large as permanent ban.

1.08 - Threats

We want to make sure all players at RHRP feel safe and comfortable. Inflicting threats toward a member or the server will result in a ban.

1.09 - No RDM or VDM

RDM or VDM can be very disruptive to roleplays. Killing people for roleplay purposes is allowed, but when there is no backstory, it ruins multiple roleplays.

1.10 - No Trolling

We like to give our members the best experience in a roleplay server. However, trolling can be very disruptive & annoying.

1.11 - Follow the NLR (New Life Rule)

This rule is in place to make people value their lives more. When dying, you cannot remember any details from your “past life.” You cannot seek revenge after dying. If planning on heading back, wait five minutes or change your character to bypass the time.

1.12 - No FRP (Fail to Roleplay)

Fail RP can be very disruptive to others. This could involve people breaking character and acting in unrealistic ways. Example: Spawning cars while driving.

1.13 - No LTAP

Leaving while in a staff scene or roleplay scene to avoid punishment is prohibited.

1.14 - Peacetime Rules

During peacetime, the following actions are prohibited:

• Running from police

• Killing/robbing others

• Use of weapons

• Shooting

• Violence

1.15 - Voice Changers/Microphone Usage

The use of a voice changer could be considered harassment or trolling, which could lead to disruptive roleplay. Mic spamming/voice changers are not allowed.

1.16 - Certified Super Licenses
Players may roleplay as heroes or villains only if they have obtained a Certified Super License. These roles are considered high-responsibility and are governed by the Superpower Conduct Code (SPCC), which outlines behavioral expectations, reactive RP rules, and disciplinary procedures.

At this time, supers do not possess traditional “powers,” but may be slightly enhanced via vMenu (unlimited stamina, fast run/swim, super jump). Their primary advantage lies in their access to specialized vehicles and weaponry.

These assets are developed and distributed by Humane Labs, a lore-based research and technology corporation. Unauthorized use of super abilities, vehicles, or weapons without proper certification will result in penalties. Abuse of powers or permissions is classified as a serious offense.

Available Super Licenses:

• Super Driving License – Required to operate super vehicles.
  
  

• Super Pilot License – Required to fly any super aircraft.
  
  

• Super Water License – Required to use watercraft with enhanced capabilities.
  
  

• Super Specialized License – Required for unique or experimental vehicles.
  
  

• Super Weapons License – Required to operate restricted or enhanced weaponry.

Any unauthorized use of super abilities, vehicles, or weapons without proper certification will result in penalties.

1.17 - Impersonation of LEO/FD

While this may still be done, it may ONLY be done by verified individuals. Aside from that, if you are found to be doing so, that is a punishable offense

1.18 - No Disrespect

Toxicity and rudeness are not tolerated in this server. Just be nice ya’ll.

1.19 - No Hacking

Hack, or mod, get banned. No exceptions.

1.20 - No Homophobic/Derogatory Slurs

Members of this fine server are proudly LGBTQ+. If you have a problem with it, then you do not need to be on this server, and you can kindly leave, or be removed. Furthermore, any use of Hard R, R slur,or any other word or phrase meant as an insult will not be taken lightly. If there is intent in the words, you will not be tolerated.

1.21 - Quality of Roleplay

We want good, and quality Roleplay on this server. Just because it has elements that aren’t in real life, does not mean that they aren’t painstakingly throughout, and highly realistic. Please respect this, and try to be realistic yourselves.

1.22 - Civilians Cannot use Tasers (Legally)

This has a catch to it. You may use tasers in game as a civilian, however, you can still get into legal trouble in rp. It can, and will be revoked if abused.

1.23 - Power Gaming/Meta Gaming

Power gaming and Meta gaming are not permitted on this server. Use of Discord, and other social media may be used in place of radios, or phones if used correctly. However, if used for unfair advantages, such as to let others know who shot you dead, or location data when it should be impossible, is strictly forbidden.

1.24 - Government Interactions (Staff Interactions)

All interactions with staff must maintain an in-character outlook unless the staff member says otherwise.

1.25 - Combat Logging

Logging out during combat or active roleplay to avoid consequences is strictly prohibited.

1.26 - Gang Creation

Gangs must be formed realistically, with proper initiation and roleplay development.

Section #2 - Restricted Roleplays

2.01 - Suicide RP

Not permitted under any circumstances.

2.02 - Terrorism RP

Not permitted under any circumstances.

2.03 - Hitman RP

Permitted, but under extremely stringent restrictions.

2.04 - Animal RP

Permitted, but MUST be realistic.

2.05 - Sexual RP

Not generally permitted. Exceptions are made only if it is truly private and consensual. All parties must be of legal age (18+). Not following these policies is something that is not tolerated. Any minor may not be exposed to this.

2.06 - Serious RP/Failure to RP Scenes (Quality of Roleplay)

Roleplay quality should be well maintained at all times.

2.07 - Gang RP

Must be realistic.

2.08 - Cartel RP

Must evolve from Gang RP and remain realistic.

2.09 - Torture RP

Not permitted.

Section #3 - Server Store Rules

3.01 - Refunds/Chargebacks

No refunds or chargebacks will be granted.

3.02 - Exemption from Rules

No one is exempt from the rules.

3.03 - Ownership

Donors may share access, but may not sell access to others. They also cannot grant partial ownership. Any attempts to do so may result in the total revocation of perks.

3.04 - Revocation

Perks may be revoked if rules are violated or perks are exploited.

3.05 - Tickets

For purchase assistance, create a ticket. Do not DM any staff or management for assistance.

Zero Tolerance Policy

RHRP is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive community. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for the following behaviors, which will result in immediate action, including removal from the community if violated:

1. Hate Speech & Discrimination – Any form of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or other discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.

2. Harassment & Bullying – Targeted attacks, intimidation, doxxing, threats, or personal harassment will not be tolerated.

3. Non-Consensual Content – Sharing explicit, violent, or sensitive material without clear consent is forbidden.

4. Plagiarism & Intellectual Theft – Stealing or claiming others’ work as your own will result in an immediate ban.

5. Severe Toxicity & Trolling – Malicious disruption, excessive negativity, or repeated boundary-pushing will lead to removal.

6. Explicit NSFW Content in Unapproved Spaces – NSFW material must be confined to designated areas, if permitted at all.

7. Ban Evasion & Manipulation – Circumventing bans, using alternate accounts, or manipulating moderation decisions is unacceptable.

8. Disrupting RP or Narrative Integrity – Consistently breaking established rules or ruining others' roleplay experiences will not be tolerated.

Enforcement:
Moderators reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, or permanently ban users at their discretion. Appeals will be considered case-by-case but are not guaranteed.

Discord Rules

1. Respect Everyone – Treat all members with kindness, especially regarding gender identity, transformation themes, and personal expression.

2. No Hate Speech or Discrimination – This includes slurs, demeaning jokes, and any form of intolerance.

3. Keep RP & OOC Separate – Don't bring personal conflicts into roleplay or vice versa.

4. No Drama or Toxicity – If there’s an issue, use appropriate channels to resolve it maturely.

5. Stay On-Topic – Keep conversations relevant to their channels.

6. No Unapproved Advertisements – Self-promotion must be approved by staff.

7. No AI-Generated Content Without Permission – Respect original creative works.

8. Follow Content Warnings – Sensitive topics must be appropriately tagged.

9. Listen to Moderators – Their word is final in rule enforcement.

10. No Self Promotion, or Promotion of other servers – Should be self explanatory. We don’t need to know anything like that. And it is just not appropriate to share other servers. [EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY TO APPROVED INDIVIDUALS ONLY]

11. No Sale, promotion, encouragement, or engaging in cracked, pirated, or stolen software of any kind – This is a big one. If you involve yourself in anything pertaining to hacking, or cheating, you could be banned.

12. Use Chats for their Intended Purpose – This should be a no brainer… Just make sure you pay close attention to the intended purpose of the chats. #general conversations go in general, and images, videos, and more go in the #media-share. (Just to note, those are only examples, please use a little common sense)
