Issued By: Unified Government of the Unified Nation (OOC: Staff Team)
This code defines the responsibilities and boundaries of all superhuman characters within Realism Hit Roleplay (RHRP). Violations may result in the removal of superpowers, character restrictions, or full server disciplinary action.
Reactive Role Only: Heroes are not permitted to actively seek out crime, villains, or suspicious activity.
Scene-Triggered Involvement: Superheroes may only engage once a threat is actively visible and ongoing within public RP.
No Pre-Emptive Action: Heroes may not intervene based on meta-knowledge, assumptions, or personal investigations.
Scene Initiation: Villains may initiate RP scenarios, but they must remain within a limited Area of Play (AOP)—generally 1 to 2 city blocks.
Event Escalation: Larger or more expansive scenes require live approval from on-duty staff or designated event coordinators.
RP Respect: Villain scenes must not override or derail ongoing unrelated RP unless coordinated beforehand.
Investigation Protocol: Violations of this code may trigger an official IC investigation and/or OOC staff review.
Permission Revocation: Based on severity, a player may be issued a warning, temporary suspension, or full revocation of super abilities.
In-Character & OOC Enforcement: Powers may be stripped IC by government bodies and OOC by staff. Abusing the super system is a serious matter and will be treated as such.
